central location walking distance beautiful city accessible area
The hotel is near Plaza de Las Flores. I found many cafes and restaurants in walking distance. The cathedral and other areas were accessible. The city felt beautiful, and the location worked well.
the room had lights that glowed in the dark it made sleeping difficult

squeaky bed missing wastebasket
the location was great , just what i expected.
i found a major issue. the bed was squeaky. every slight movement caused a loud , disruptive noise that really impacted my sleep quality. also , i was surprised the room lacked a proper wastebasket in the toilet. it was a rather inconvenient detail.

street noise inadequate pressure
the room i had faced the street and the noise was far from ideal. i found the window offering little sound insulation. also, the shower pressure was inadequate. a simple upgrade could solve this issue, it seems.
